Winter Park Art Festival
I’m very excited to be able to attend my first Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival, which is going on this weekend, March 16, 17 & 18. I’ve heard great things about this event, and I’m looking forward to browsing through the booths in search of new art for my home.
Before I moved here, I read that Orlando is the third best city for artists–(Los Angeles is first, New York second and Memphis fourth)–and I haven’t been disappointed. There is definitely an energy of creativity here that did not exist in the Denver area, at least not to the same degree. I’ll be posting links to my favorite artists here soon!
